Settings

The Portal's Settings section — manage your personal profile, your organization's company details and locations, your subscription and invoices, and the email notification recipients for your organization.

Settings

The Settings section of the Portal groups every configuration surface for your account and your organization in one place. It mirrors the portal app's Settings tab shell at /portal/settings, which splits into four views — Profile, Organization, Subscription and Notifications — covering the things you change rarely but need a clear home for.

  • Profile — your personal account: display name, phone, the read-only email and role badge, and the password-change form. Available to every authenticated member.
  • Organization — the company that owns the e-bon account: legal name, CUI/CIF, structured billing address, and the list of business locations under which devices are organised. Write access restricted to Owner and Admin.
  • Billing & plans — your e-bon subscription tier (Free / Pro / Enterprise), the Stripe Checkout upgrade flow, cancel and resume, and the full invoice download history. Restricted to Owner and Admin.
  • Notifications — the email recipients (up to 20) that receive automated notifications from e-bon, with per-recipient category subscriptions across Reports, Alerts, Billing, Device Events and Analytics. Restricted to Owner and Admin.
Most settings pages have a role gate. Profile is open to every authenticated user, but Organization, Billing & plans and Notifications require the Owner or Admin role to write. If the relevant controls are missing or read-only, ask your organization owner to grant you the right role.
